Ordering Deadlines

Island orders can be shipped same day providing payment is received by 10am otherwise next available day to your location.

Mainland & Interior shipping orders are accepted and guaranteed a delivery spot if received by 4pm on Friday, prior to delivery week.

Orders received after 4pm on the Friday up till noon on Monday will be included as available delivery spots remain on the schedule.

On the Monday of delivery week you will receive a confirmed delivery day and 2 hour delivery window. Any time constraints you may have should be noted on your order form in the comment field.

Payment is due by Monday noon of delivery week

Wednesday areas include:

Delta – Surrey – White Rock – Langley – Aldergrove – Abbotsford – Chilliwack – Mission – Maple Ridge – Coquitlam – Port Coquitlam – Burnaby – New Westminster

Thursday areas include:

Burnaby – New Westminster – Vancouver – North/West Vancouver – Richmond

Pickup

  • Pre-Ordering is required through the website. Please put in the comments section what day and time you would like to pick up.
  • We are located at 5475 Aquino Rd, Duncan. V9L6H4
  • Pickup box is at the lower of the 2 gates and your order will be inside the pick up box or freezer
  • All cash payments go in the slot in the fence. 
  • Any questions, please ring the bell on the post and someone will attend.
  • After hours or weekend pick up is by appointment provided we are available. Arrangements need to be made by noon of pick up day or Friday noon for weekends

Payment

We accept email transfers, visa & mastercard.

Cash is an option for Island deliveries & lower mainland deliveries serviced by CTC or Kyte Delivery.

Island Deliveries – payment is required by 10am of shipping day

Lower Mainland Deliveries – payment is due Monday noon of delivery week.

Frozen Packing Charges

We use insulated packing material to ensure your order remains frozen while in transit. Packing charges are calculated at 10% of your product cost to a maximum of $15/box. Ice packs are also available at a cost of $1-2 depending on the size needed.

Deliveries with CTC delivery service, do not incur frozen packing charges. However, should you not be home and wish to arrange drop off at your door, we would recommend using our frozen packing service.

Claim Issues

All claims and/or concerns need to be reported within 24 hours.

There are no LIVE insect guarantees when temperature are below 5C or above 29C.

All shipping is done at buyers risk. We at CTC assume no responsibility for delayed, missing or lost shipments. When temperatures are above 30C, frozen arrival is not guaranteed unless picked up at your local Ace depot by 9am Thursday morning.

We assume no responsibility for delays with other carriers/couriers.

Delivery Disclaimer

Deliveries that require a phone call on arrival –

It is the customer’s responsibility to have access to your phone and be available to answer our delivery driver’s call. Their name and phone number will be noted on your invoice so you can easily recognize it.
It is not our responsibility should their call be directed to your voicemail or be blocked because it is unrecognized.
Our delivery driver will call and/or text repeatedly for 5 minutes, after which your delivery will be abandoned and need to be rescheduled.
Rescheduled deliveries are $12.
If you miss our delivery driver and wish to cancel your order, a restocking charge of 20% will apply.
