Jurassic Pure Cork Bark Substrate comes in a 3 L polybag, and is made of 100% cork granules, from the cork oak tree, with no additive species. Completely natural, cork bark grows back approximately every nine years to be harvested again. Environmentally friendly, and renewable, Jurassic Pure Cork Substrate is an excellent substitute for other non- renewable bark substrates taken from harvested forests. Jurassic Pure Cork Substrate has anti-microbial and anti-fugal properties, is light weight, long lasting as it does not biodegrade easily, aids in drainage, and helps regulate humidity levels. Can be mixed with other bedding materials, to improve burrowing, drainage, humidity regulation and odour control.
